Sometimes inspiration for songs can come from the weirdest places. If I remember correctly, the words and melody for this one came together after a healthy amount of Bush-era CNN, hearing a deep Avril Lavinge track on the radio and possibly eating some expired chip dip. I think it was french onion. Wait, is there any healthy amount of CNN?
